The product is of decent quality and shipping is pretty quick. I did the design myself but the colors didn't turn out to be expected so I decided to work through the changes with the supplier's coordinator but working through the issue the coordinator became impatient and started blaming me for trying to resolve the issue. Said her production department were angry and started taking it out on me. So I only did the samples.

very good product with a very smooth customer service process. the rubber dots on the bottom of the pad hold the pad in place incredibly well. I was very pleasantly surprised.
